Items are not returnable 14 days after delivery date. Item must be unused with all tags intact. To process a refund you must go to our Refund/Exchange Center to process a refund. Refunds are subject to approval after item is returned and inspected.

Items are exchangeable for the same item of a different size (if available). Item must be unused, in original packaging with all tags still attached. Customer will be responsible for shipping cost associated with the return of the item.

Refunds depend on your method of payment at the time of purchase. Customers will receive an email when a refund has been processed. Most banks process payments in as few as 3 business days but may take longer. Please contact your bank first if 5 business days has passed and refund has not been received.

Absolutely, we do offer international shipping and accept credit cards (Visa, Master Card & American Express) from outside of the United States. Customers are responsible for taxes and fees charged by customs once item arrives at its final destination.

You sure can! We offer expedited shipping options within checkout. Expedited shipping is processed within 1-2 business days. Customers will receive notification via text and/or email once item(s) ship. However, we are not responsible for the item once in possession of shipping carrier.
